Dock Coordinator - $19.41
Shift M -F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for coordinating the proper receiving, storing, and shipping of all incoming freight and data entry floor transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include participating in interviews with supervisor/manager present, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; provide feedback to supervisor/manager on performance of employees; assists the Manager in addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to read and write in English is required. Ability to speak Spanish and English maybe required in some centers.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed by uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of TMS software.

Pass Protrans Forklift Performance Tests
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Thorough Knowledge of loading and unloading trailers including the use of logistics bars.
